Aceasta vocaliza, pe langa emisia corecta a sunetului in aceeasi pozitie relaxata cu directionare spre rezonatorii faciali, urmareste si dozarea corecta a aerului. Inspiratia trebuie efectuata pe un total abandon al corpului si e important sa nu luam aer peste limita fireasca. In timpul exercitiului, aerul care formeaza sunetul trebuie sa fie emis constant. Pentru aceasta, muschiul diafragmei trebuie sa formeze o presiune constanta pe toata durata emisiei sunetului. Diafragma trebuie intarita (impinsa in exterior) la fel ca in timpul unui travaliu fizic de ridicare a unei greutati sau de impingere a unui obiect greu. Diafragma trebuie intarita numai si numai in timpul emisiei sunetului iar in momentul inspiratiei, diafragma trebuie relaxata la fel ca toti ceilalti muschi. Diafragma nu trebuie intarita inainte de emisia sunetului ci exact in momentul inceperii emisiei sunetului. Se urmareste relaxarea muschilor gatului si a umerilor in timp ce diafragma este intarita!

This exercise, besides a correct emission of the sound in the same relaxed position through the facial resonators, also aims at the correct intake of air. The air must be inhaled with a complete surrender of the body and it’s important not to breathe in more than necessary. During the exercise, the air that forms the sound must be constantly emitted. For this, the muscle of the diaphragm must form a constant pressure for the entire emission of the sound. The diaphragm must be tightened (pushed outwards) similar to the physical effort of lifting a weight or pushing a heavy object. The diaphragm must be tightened only during the emission of the sound, and during inhaling, it must be relaxed just like the other muscles. The diaphragm must not be tightened before the sound, but exactly for the emission of the sound! The goal is to relax the muscles of the throat and the shoulders while the diaphragm is tightened.
