# 2 Vocal exercise on one note

Aceasta vocaliza urmareste emisia vocalelor in aceiasi pozitie, pozitie care trimite sunetul spre rezonatorii faciali ca si in exercitiul anterior. Se urmareste o emisie fireasca, fara a largi gatul sau fara a adanci vocea in registrul de jos. Senzatia urmarita este de relaxare in timpul exercitiului, senzatia ca aerul iese firesc din plamani, fara a impinge sunetul si senzatia ca sunetul emis are ecou in spatiul in care cantam.

This exercise is designed to help you intone the vowels in the same position, position which will send the sound towards the facial resonators as in the previous exercise. We aim at a natural emission, without opening wide the throat and without reaching for the  deep register voice. The feeling we are looking for is one of relaxation, that the air is naturally getting out of the lungs, without pushing the sound, and that the sounds have echos in the space we are in.
